Testimonial - Event photography for Naming Ceremony

Sarah took truly amazing photos at our daughter's naming ceremony. She totally captured the essence of the day, taking all the shots we expected and stunning us with ones of things we had missed. Sarah is an inspirational photographer-when we looked at our photos, we found it hard to believe it was us! Sarah's relaxed and friendly manner put us and our guests at ease immediately, resulting in some fantastic pictures. Post shoot, Sarah could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and I would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone.

Testimonial - Sue and Nick's Wedding

Really enjoyed capturing the wedding day of Sue and Nick who had their relaxed reception for family and close friends in the dreamy village of Peaslake near Guildford - another wonderful sunny May afternoon. The children had free run of the hotel garden and I was in my element taking pictures of them having fun while they grown ups were taking their time over the Wedding Breakfast. Here are a couple of the kind messages I've had..

...Just to say a huge THANK YOU for all your help on our big day - whether it was organising me, making me drink, helping with my last minute make-up or some friendly "directing" at the reception. You fitted in so well and your whole approach to the day was exceptionally thoughtful and very helpful. We're really pleased with our photographs and they show your special talent for taking pictures of children.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!
All the very best
Sue and Nick

Dear Sarah
Just a quick note to say what a fantastic job you have done with the photos for my sister's wedding, we were absolutely delighted with them. It was a pleasure to meet you and wish you all the best from bonny Scotland.

Regards
Nick and Rhona Garrad

If you go down to the woods today...

We race to the Bluebell Woods when we know the flowers are out. Apart from the lovely little (scented) walk that delights my two little princesses (they were, this time, convinced it's Hundred Acre Wood and that Owl and Kanga might be found lurking behind a tree) its just too photogenic for words. We took our great friends from next door and the girls' cousins too... A fab afternoon out!

Testimonial - at home family portrait session

We loved our experience with Sarah. She made us feel us so relaxed. We never felt self-conscious and Sarah is WONDERFUL with children. A big plus! She uniquely captured our afternoon for all time because of her willingness to listen and learn about us before she even took out her camera. Although we'd just met, she managed to discover and capture our family spirit that we will treasure forever. Thank you!! Christina C.

Testimonial - at home family portrait session

We appreciated the friendly and relaxed manner in which Sarah mingled in with the family and took natural shots making us all feel comfortable including the kids. The photos were really well displayed on the website and this was an easy and effective way to chose and order. The final prints were fabulous and a lovely quality.

Testimonial - Sue and Nick, Engagement Shoot

Neither my fiancé, Nick, or I are overly fond of being in front of the camera; but we were pleasantly surprised that we actually thoroughly enjoyed the informal shoot we had recently at Wisley Gardens with Sarah. We felt so "at home" with her we were able to relax and go with the flow. Her infectious enthusiasm and very friendly style put us completely at our ease. Her personal and very flexible approach have also always been helpful.

As for the results, we were very pleased with the photos and their very thoughtful presentation. We’re really "chuffed" that we’ve booked Sarah as our photographer for our special day, especially as it’s a small informal wedding with lots of children. Capturing children and families is one her big strengths and we feel she will "fit in" so well with the friendly atmosphere we’re hoping for on our special day.

Where did the Summer go?

We thought we'd share a few snaps taken
over the Summer of our girls........
with two under 2.5 years we weren't
brave enough to travel too far this
year so enjoyed Surrey's delights
(Mizen's Railway, Bockett's Farm, Winkworth Arboreteum) instead!
